Rules

of use of the swimming pool, hydro-massage and sauna in the Olymp facility complex

  1. The water complex is open daily from 6.30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  2. Therapeutic gymnastics in the swimming pool takes place on designated dates.
  3. The sauna is operated exclusively by the receptionist.
  4. Persons over 18 years of age are entitled to use the hydro-massage and sauna.
  5. Children and teenagers under 18 years of age may use the water complex only under the supervision of adults. The water complex is unguarded.
  6. Children and teenagers who are not able to swim may enter the water only with a parent or guardian.
  7. Admission is forbidden to persons whose condition indicates the consumption of alcohol or drugs.
  8. It is forbidden to bring and consume beverages, including alcoholic beverages, and meals within the water complex.
  9. Persons with unstable health condition should use a swimming pool, hydro-massage and saunas with special care (or after consultation with their doctor).
  10. It is not advisable to use the water complex immediately after eating.
  11. The person using the water complex is bound to:
    • use a bath cap with the obligation to completely hide the hair underneath it,
    • wear swimsuit and changing shoes,
    • use a towel in the sauna.
  12. Before using the swimming pool, hydro-massage and sauna, you must thoroughly wash yourself under the shower.
  13. Before entering the water complex, you must go through a paddling pool with a foot disinfectant mat.
  14. It is forbidden to jump into the water.
  15. Order, cleanliness, peace and quiet are obligatory on the premises of the water complex.
  16. Wearing glasses and contact lenses is at the user's own risk - the facility is not responsible for any damage or destruction.
  17. Persons destroying equipment or devices located in the water complex are financially responsible for the damage caused.
  18. The centre is not responsible for valuables left on the premises of the water complex and not deposited. Before each use of the water complex, the key to the room should be left at the reception desk of the resort. The resort is not responsible for leaving the key on the premises of the swimming pool complex and any damage resulting therefrom.
  19. There is a video monitoring system in the swimming pool. Recordings from cameras may be the basis for accountability to users who do not comply with the rules and regulations. The monitoring system includes recording cameras. The OLYMP Facility Complex team guarantees that the monitoring is carried out in a manner that does not violate the personal rights and dignity of users.
  20. Persons using the water complex in the OLYMP Facility Complex are obliged to familiarize themselves with the above regulations and to comply with the regulations contained therein.
    The resort is not responsible for the negative effects of using the water complex caused by the violation of the rules and regulations.
  21. It is assumed that the person using the water complex has read these regulations, internal instructions, warning signs and signs placed on the premises of the water complex.
